Prayan 3.0, a residential camp for girls, was organized by women cell of Nilgiri College. The camp aimed to nurture values such as empathy, resilience, and leadership in young girls. The camp ran for two days and was attended by over 300 students. The camp activities included outdoor sports such as cycling, tug of war and spot games, which helped the girls to build physical and mental resilience. The participants were also engaged in seminars and group discussions on topics such as entrepreneurship, self-awareness, and leadership. The speakers included renowned personalities from diverse fields who shared their life experiences and inspired the girls to pursue their goals with determination and hard work.
