Nilgiri, June 2025 — Nilgiri College of Arts & Science (Autonomous), known for its commitment to holistic excellence, conducted a structured training programme for its Transport, Security, Canteen, and Maintenance Wing on campus. The training session, held as part of the institution’s ongoing staff development initiatives, focused on enhancing the skills, efficiency, and service quality of the college’s essential support staff. With sessions led by senior faculty and industry experts, the programme covered key areas such as professional conduct, safety protocols, hygiene standards, teamwork, and campus operations. Dr. Rashid Gazzali, Managing Director of Nilgiri College, emphasized the importance of such sessions in his address: “Our non-teaching staff form the backbone of campus operations.
