On July 27, 2025, faculty members from K.P.E.S HSS Kayakodi visited Nilgiri College of Arts and Science (Autonomous) for a one-day Faculty Development Program (FDP). The program began with an insightful session led by Mr. Rashid Gazzali, Managing Director of the college, followed by an interactive session handled by Basil Baby Sir, focusing on professional development and educational strategies. In the afternoon, the participants engaged in a session on Artificial Intelligence and Technology for teachers, presented by Mr. Muhammed Savad N, Assistant Professor of B.Sc. Multimedia and Web Technology. The session provided practical insights on integrating modern technologies into the teaching process. The FDP served as a valuable opportunity for collaboration, learning, and mutual exchange of ideas. The visiting staff appreciated the thoughtful coordination and enriching sessions, making the day productive and inspiring.
